Pool applications are used to formally communicate a request for a PledgePool to all Pool Managers. The Pool Request communicates the Beneficiary's preferred terms. Ideally, several Pool Managers will response with different term offerings. The Beneficiary reviews these pools and signals agreement with the terms by funding the pool.

Only a Beneficiary can create a pool request. Log into PledgePool as a Beneficiariy. Click on the 'Projects' tab and then click on a project and select 'Request a Pool'.
